delivery times and costs, possible charges, etc), However, there may be minor inaccuracies or
differences between the descriptions or images published on the site and the actual product. We

5. Orders
The acceptance of the order by Mine Studio is confirmed by sending an e-mail. With this, we inform
the Customer that we have received the order and have submitted it to a verification process (data
provided and availability of products).
Mine Studio will ship orders as soon as it receives the total payment (price of products and shipping
costs) All additional charges will be indicated and may vary in relation to the destination, payment
method and/or delivery method chosen.
The Customer will receive an e-mail with the purchase confirmation and all information regarding
the shipment of the order. It is not possible to cancel an order already verified and prepared for the
shipping process.
5.1 Availability
Where the products in the order are not available in stock, Mine Studio will not be responsible and
will have no obligation to ship the products. An e-mail will be sent to the Customer immediately to
proceed with the refund, in case the products have already been paid.
5.2 Prices and Payments
The price for each product is indicated on the website. including VAT.
Mine Studio reserves the right to change, at any time, the price of the products and all additional
costs, without prior notice. The Customer is charged for each order placed the price shown on the
site at the time the order is sent and confirmed.
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Apple Pay, Nexi Pay and the international circuits
VISA. Visa Electron, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, UPI
Payments by bank transfer and cash on delivery are not accepted.
Mine Studio does not in any way contact with the payment details provided (credit card number.
cardholder, password, etc.) and uses third party tools for processing payments. In case these tools
refuse the authorization of payment, Mine Studio will not be held responsible and will not send the
products.
The Client agrees to receive invoices and credits only in electronic form.
5.3 Shipping and delivery costs
All our orders are shipped from Italy.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and change according to the location entered in the
purchase form. The shipments are carried out only on working days from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery time: 3 working days
Shipping costs 7 €
Shipping rates may change for Calabria, Sicilia and Sardegna. and where the destination is located in
remote or hard-to-reach areas.
Europe
Delivery time: 35 working days
Shipping costs: 20 €
Shipping rates may change where the destination is located in remote or hard-to-reach areas.

6. Return policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the product, by
sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the following information:
– Name and Surname
– Order number
– Shipping Label
The costs for return shipping are the responsability of the customer.
It is important that the products return back in their original conditions and properly packaged.
During the period of sales or specific promotions, it is not possible to make a return.
Mine Studio will check the status of the product and inform the Customer whether or not its refund
has been approved. If approved, Mine Studio will immediately refund the customer.
The right of withdrawal will not be effective. in case the returned product does not comply with the
requirements presented.

Our site may contain links to third party sites and/or services. Mine Studio is not responsible for the
content, privacy practices or damages caused from third party sites. The Client declares its
responsibility in the use of links to third party sites.

Mine Studio is not responsible for the information containing any typographical errors and/or

Mine Studio reserves the right to correct and modify this content at any time without notice.
